# Recipes: FreshlyCited workflows for agents

Each recipe is a short, real workflow shown two ways: as **MCP tool calls** (what your agent does) and as the equivalent **REST** requests (for scripts and CI). Copy the prompt into Claude, ChatGPT or Cursor, or adapt the curl commands.
