Brand and design system
Fresh work deserves to be found.
This is how FreshlyCited looks, sounds and moves: the Leap logo, our colours and type, the way we write, and the real interface pieces we build with.
Use it to make anything that carries our name, or take the kit if you're writing about us.

FreshlyCited helps good new and updated pages, and the backlinks that point to them, get found and indexed by Google. Then it shows you which ones Google has indexed.
The name
Freshly is about new and updated work getting found while it's still current. Cited is where that work wants to end up: in the answers people read. The name describes the outcome you care about, not the mechanism.
One word, two capitals: FreshlyCited. Never “Freshly Cited”, “Freshlycited” or “FC”.
The idea every page serves
Google still decides.
Google's AI Overviews and AI Mode link only to pages in Google's index, so being indexed is the first step. We help with that step, re-check on days 1, 3 and 7, and a link Google hasn't indexed after 7 days gets its credit back (the terms list the exceptions). What Google indexes and what its AI answers cite is still Google's call.
| We promise | We never promise |
|---|---|
| We check first and push only what Google hasn't indexed. Links it already sees aren't pushed or charged. | That Google will index a page, rank it, or cite it in AI Overviews, AI Mode or Gemini. |
| We re-check every pushed link on days 1, 3 and 7. | Instant Google indexing, or any timeframe. |
| We show you, link by link, which ones Google has indexed and when. | That being indexed gets you cited. Quality, relevance and authority decide that. |
The Leap: fresh out of the box, and cited.
Our logo is a navy mountain goat leaping out of an open box toward a gold spark. Pick a part to see what it stands for.
The mark began as an AI-assisted sketch, traced to clean vector paths. It has been our logo since October 16, 2026. How to use it
Five rules that override everything.
When a choice isn't covered anywhere else, these decide it.
Rule 1
Honest before clever.
We never promise rankings, indexing or AI citations. If a sentence could be read as a promise, we rewrite it.
Rule 2
The product shown is the real product.
The app's real chips, labels and screenshots, word for word. We never mock up UI.
Rule 3
Paper, ink, one gold accent.
Gold marks a citation or an action. It is never decoration.
Rule 4
Every page tells one story.
The problem, then what we do, then what you get. It ends on "Check my pages free".
Rule 5
No jargon without a gloss.
And no jargon at all in a hero.
The system, page by page.
Lockup, mark and icon
Logo
The horizontal lockup, the full mark and the icon, with clear space, minimum sizes, do and don't rules, and SVG, PNG and PDF files.
Paper, ink, one gold
Colour
Paper, ink and one gold accent, with hex, RGB and HSL values, roles, the app's light and dark tokens, real contrast and status chips.
Four faces, one accent
Typography
Archivo for display, Inter for reading, one Newsreader italic accent word per headline and IBM Plex Mono for citations and data.
Modest, plain, exact
Voice
Outcome first, plain words, no hype. Banned phrases, the claims we can and can't make, and the Google-first message.
The real UI, live
Components
Status chips, buttons, the [n] footnote cite, the stage tracker and the story card.
Stories in three beats
