FreshlyCited runs on credits:
- Index credits. 1 index credit sends one URL for indexing (5 for a priority push).
- Check credits. 1 check credit runs one standard index check (5 for a live check).
Index credits are used only if the page is indexed. When you submit a URL, an index credit is reserved. We re-check on day 1, day 3 and day 7 after submission. If a re-check confirms the page is indexed, the credit is used. If it is still not indexed after the day-7 re-check, the reserved credit is released back to you automatically.
Exclusions. The reserved credit is used, and not released, when the URL can’t be indexed for a reason on your side: it returns an error (4xx or 5xx), carries a noindex, is blocked by robots.txt, redirects, has a canonical pointing elsewhere, is removed by you, or is spam. We check for these before submitting and offer to skip them for free.
Check credits are used when the check runs, whatever the result, and are not returned.
Credits from one-off packs expire 12 months after purchase. Plan credits carry over for one month. Plan credits are spent first, then the oldest pack credits.
